I know starting therapy can feel like a big step. At times people have considered coming for quite some time. Your previous efforts to change your situation may have left you discouraged or overwhelmed. I want to reassure you that many people have frustrations, disappointments, past wounds, and unaccomplished goals. I am here to support and guide you through the process ahead in a safe, confidential, compassionate, and judgment-free space. I work closely with you in a customized way as every journey is as unique as each client. In addition to working through current challenges, I aim to teach you tools to work with your own mind and body so that you are not in therapy forever. Whether you want to calm your anxiety, navigate a tumultuous life change, improve relationships, deal more effectively with stress, or rise from depression; we begin where you are now.

Psychologists help individuals who feel that they or their life is not satisfactory. People may feel they are not enough or that, despite their hard work, they constantly struggle. They also help clients struggling with unpleasant, painful, or distressing feelings and events; ones that may feel debilitating at times.
